This is the mentoring service I wish I'd had when I started my business in 2011.
This one on one mentoring program is for business owners who are less than 5 years in. You are serious, invested, hungry and motivated. You don’t need to be a decorator or a designer. I’ve worked with retailers, wholesalers and product based businesses too.

No BS advice about how to get your design business on the path to success without spending a tonne of money on useless marketing strategies or pricing yourself out of the market
15 Years of tried and tested marketing strategies from an interior designer who started out in marketing before making the switch to design.
Clear systems and processes that’ll help collate all the tasks swirling in your brain or written on post it notes on your desk so you never have a client asking where their furniture delivery is again.
Mentor Program Outline.
Jumping into this together, we’ll do a really intensive (sometimes feels a little invasive) exploration into the deep dark corners of your business. We’ll determine what’s working, what’s not working, what you know is glaringly obvious and needs urgent attention and what you might have overlooked that could become a problem later on.
I don’t pull any punches when it comes to giving feedback, I want you to succeed and know which levers to pull to make sh*t happen. So this is a very comprehensive look at your business and it’s operating abilities!
Once we’ve navigated through things a little further we’ll create some actionable goals and steps for you to take before your next session. There will always be homework for you to complete in your own time but I’m available post session to help you if you get stuck at all.
In our final session, we work on marketing activities, evaluate your existing campaigns and strategies and unlock any areas that can be enhanced or transformed for success.
In this session we’ll look at things like social media marketing, content creation, how to get your work published in magazines, whether hiring a PR specialist is worth it and we’ll do a full website audit to assess what language and imagery may need to change to grab potential client’s attention.
My background is in marketing so it’s an area I feel very passionate about and have spent years testing and trialing for my own business. We can explore paid and unpaid marketing opportunities so don’t feel you need to create a huge marketing budget for this stage in the program, we’ll work to whatever budget suits your financial position.
Once we’ve done the foundational work and have two months of work behind us to evaluate, it’s time for some systems and processes to help get you on track.
One of my FAVOURITE things to do in business is follow a process or system. I have implemented a very comprehensive system into EB Studio that each of my staff carefully follow each day to ensure our clients receive five star service.
I’ll be sharing what software systems work for our studio, how to project manage each of your projects from the backend up and how the correct processes will contribute to your businesses profitability and success.
