The words “custom” and “furniture” immediately makes you think expensive don’t they? Well, you are incorrect! A lot of the furniture I select for clients are custom made for their project. That’s not because my clients have tens of thousands of dollars to spend on the project but because I know the right people to make it happen so they get exactly what they want!
The most popular items of furniture to be custom made are sofas. I send my clients a selection of sofa styles that meet their tastes and style descriptions, we decide on a fabric after having samples posted to them and then my sofa supplier gets to work making the sofa to the specifications my client needs. It’s a pretty easy process and relatively inexpensive as you get to go straight to the source. PLUS, most clients are not even Sydney based so this can all be arranged via email to rural areas or other capital cities. Easy. Peasy. Lemon. Squeezy.
