What a fun weekend I had in Orange for the very first Jumbled Workshop. It was such a pleasure to spend the weekend with so many lovely ladies talking design and decoration! I ran two workshops, one on Saturday and another on the Sunday. The workshop consisted of a little speech from me outlining my golden rules of decorating, how to mix and match styles and a few other vital decorating tips! After that everyone got to work making their own mood boards to inspire and kick start the decor process of a certain room back home. I wandered the tables giving advice and it was so nice to see that some very well prepared visitors had brought photos and floor plans for me to see and help with. Everyone then had the chance to browse around the shop and purchase some new goodies for their homes. Here’s a few pics of the workshops and the gorgeous store that is Jumbled (you can also buy online!)

It was lovely to read this workshop participants wrap up of the weekends events too! Thanks for the mention Mandy!

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and really loved the town of Orange too! So I hope that I can travel further around NSW at least to begin with and meet many more lovely people. If you’d like to participate in a decorating workshop and you’re in a rural or regional town please click through to my Decorating Workshops service page and tell me where you’re located so I can add it to my wish list of places to visit!

The reality is very different. The whole reason we started EB Studio was to make…
