It’s been a while since updates but Apartment 12A and Apartment 15 have been finished off ready for the summer holiday rentals. Exciting! Here’s a look at the mood board schemes I put together for Apartment 15. Apartment 12A is a one bedder where as Apartment 15 is the penthouse so quite a bit bigger and definitely needed some wow factor. I think the bold art from Urban Road has done that! The client loved the original Palm Beach apartment but wanted very much for these apartments to have their own identities too and I think together we’ve achieved that.
There’s an obvious coastal theme but with a heavy dose of neutral textures and tones to achieve a really relaxed and comfortable look.
Now to find the time to get back in and photograph them! They are fully booked on weekends until Autumn next year so finding time to get some professional photos done is going to be a challenge! You can book to stay at the apartments via Beach Stays.
I popped into Apartment 16 when I was there last and can report that it’s still just as fabulous as it was when I walked out last year. It’s so nice re-visiting projects and seeing them still looking great. You can see more of Apartment 16 in my portfolio.
