As most of you know I work part-time for thehome.com.au as a buyer and stylist. Just last week I got together with our lifestyle stylist Marj Silva to style a Spring lunch party for an intimate party of media guests at Gazebo in Elizabeth Bay.

Here are some photos from the lunch taken by the very talented Lisa of Wander & Scout.

The theme we went with was a spring woodlands look with faux moss rocks, balls and pads styled with gorgeous woodland creatures from Have You Met Miss Jones.

We were up early the day before the lunch to visit the Flower Markets, neither of us had been before and despite the 5am arrival time it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend (even if you just go once!). We created pretty poseys for the vases on the tables, flower bombs using foam oasis balls and carnations with their stems cut off and then threaded cotton string through the heads of some carnations so we could string them from the ceiling. And my lovely florist friend Claire at Willow & Dune created the sweetest little terrariums I have EVER seen!

It all came together beautifully and we were so pleased with our styling efforts!
